What happens when each citizen of a small country is a “self-proclaimed king” in its own home, remaining completely ignorant about the public problems happening outside of his door? Will waste stay out of their door or will it find a way to burst inside their comfortable lives? “A 100% recycled film” describes the huge problem with waste in Macedonia trough a short stop-animated story following the lives of an average Macedonian family, and its reactions to the new brought laws.
